These Terms of Service govern your use of brandbasepro.com and any services provided by Brand Base Pro, operated by ReverseFocus.com, Inc. By accessing our website or purchasing our services you agree to these terms.
Brand Base Pro provides done-for-you digital foundation services including website setup, CRM configuration, marketing automation, and related add-on services as described on our website. All services are delivered through the GoHighLevel platform unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Service scope, deliverables, and timelines will be confirmed in writing prior to the start of any engagement. We reserve the right to decline any project at our discretion.
The Starter Package is offered at a one-time setup fee of $500 plus a recurring monthly fee of $97. The monthly fee covers platform hosting, maintenance, and access to your GoHighLevel environment. Monthly billing begins upon delivery of your completed setup.
Add-on services are priced separately and confirmed in writing before work begins. Pricing for add-ons is provided in your custom quote. Payment terms for add-on services will be outlined in your individual service agreement.
Setup fees are due prior to the commencement of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. Monthly fees are billed on a recurring basis. Failure to pay monthly fees may result in suspension of your platform and services. We accept payment via methods outlined at the time of purchase.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Setup fees and any add-on services already delivered are non-refundable. Upon cancellation you will retain access to your GoHighLevel account and any content within it subject to GoHighLevel's own terms of service.
Due to the nature of done-for-you digital services, refunds are not available once work has commenced. If you have concerns about the quality of your deliverables please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work to resolve the issue.
Upon receipt of full payment for your setup, all custom content and configurations created specifically for your brand become your property. We retain the right to reference your project as part of our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. Any templates, frameworks, or proprietary systems used in your build remain the intellectual property of Brand Base Pro and ReverseFocus.com, Inc.
You are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and any content or assets required to complete your project. Delays caused by late or missing client materials may affect your delivery timeline. You are also responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Brand Base Pro and ReverseFocus.com, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or platform. Our total liability in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
Our services are built on and depend on GoHighLevel, a third party platform. We are not responsible for any outages, changes, or limitations imposed by GoHighLevel or any other third party service used in connection with your project. GoHighLevel's own terms of service apply to your use of that platform.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shasta County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
